Who you're actually working with

Alex Rechevskiy

I was a Group PM and hiring manager at Google for 4 years. Since 2019, I've taught product managers how to get callbacks, pass interviews and increase their compensation with bigger PM offers. Since 2024, 250+ PMs have landed offers through my Product Career Accelerator and I personally negotiated every single one of them.

Who this is for

This is for you if (any one or more of these)

No number yet, but the offer is days away? Start now.

The first thing you say when the recruiter calls with an initial offer sets the ceiling for everything after. Let's build the plan together before your next recruiter call.

How it works

Checkout today, strategy call today or tomorrow

01

Buy now, book instantly

Checkout takes two minutes. You immediately get my calendar and book a strategy call, usually same or next day. You tell me the company, the role, the numbers, and every loop you have running.

02

We build your game plan

On that call we set your strategy: your target number, your anchor, what you say, what you don't say, and how we play any competing loops against each other.

03

I coach you through every recruiter conversation

Before each call we prep and roleplay. You get word-for-word scripts and emails. Between touchpoints you text me what happened and I tell you the next move. I respond same business day via text, call or audio note.

You're the one on every call with the company — I never contact your employer.

04

You sign a bigger offer

We run it until the offer is signed. My fee is $5,000 or 10% of your first-year increase, whichever is larger — and this $1,800 deposit counts fully toward it. If I don't get you an extra $20,000 in the first year, I process a full refund.

Juggling two or three offers at once?

That's where the biggest wins happen and the most expensive mistakes get made. Tell me on the strategy call and we build the plan around all your loops.

Your first 24 hours

Check out, book your call within minutes, talk to me the same day or next. We document your baseline offer, set your target, and script your very next recruiter conversation. You'll have a plan before the day is over.

Text thread: Alex advises a client there is roughly another $50K available in year one but only with willingness to walk away, and the client decides to sign that day

The guarantee

The Bigger PM Offer Guarantee

I'll add at least $20,000 to your first-year comp, or I process a full refund — you pay nothing.

On a $150K offer, that floor is a 13% raise, guaranteed. On a bigger offer, it's the floor, not the goal — my biggest confirmed wins run $200K to $300K in first-year increases.

Here's why I can promise it: 250+ product manager negotiations, two offers ever pulled. The entire method is built around never putting your offer at risk while we move the final number.

Risking during time of highest leverage

"Can't I just do this myself?"

You could read the scripts, watch the videos, ask ChatGPT what to say. But I've negotiated PM offers 250+ times, and you've done it once or twice (maybe). I also conduct weekly new offer negotiations for Product Career Accelerator members, so I have fresh data on recent offers and recruiter and team negotiation behavior for many tech companies. Working together with me, you'll know exactly what to say and what not to say for your exact situation negotiating with your specific companies.

The offer acceptance moment only happens 4-5 times during your entire career, and your negotiation during those few moments makes the biggest difference in your lifetime career earnings.

What you get

All of this, until you sign

Real data from other offers

I run the Product Career Accelerator, where our members interview at hundreds of companies every month. We will leverage anonymized data about how much each company pays, how they conduct negotiations, everything.

Pre-call strategy + roleplay

We rehearse the exact conversation before you have it. You've already heard their pushback before they say it.

Word-for-word plan

What to say on every call and in every email, in your voice, for your exact situation.

Text support between touchpoints

Something happens, you text me. Same day response, faster when it's urgent.

Multi-offer sequencing

One offer in hand, more loops running. I help you time every company so they compete for you.

Equity valuation analysis

We break down what the equity is actually worth so you're comparing real numbers, not recruiter framing.

Until you sign

This isn't a session package. We work your current offer cycle end to end, first verbal to signed offer.

Pricing
$1,800 to start  ·  credited 100% toward the success fee
Bigger PM Offer Guarantee: at least $20,000 added to your first-year comp or you pay nothing — and the $1,800 also comes back in full.
  • You work with me directly. Just like the 250+ other PMs who have done so before you.
  • My fee is $5,000 or 10% of the negotiated increase, whichever is larger. Your $1,800 deposit counts fully toward it. I process a full refund if I don't get you an extra $20,000 in the first year.
  • The math on a $30,000 increase: the $5,000 minimum applies. Your deposit covered $1,800, so $3,200 is due after you sign. You keep $25,000 in new money every year, compounding with every future raise.
  • The math on a $150,000 increase: my fee is $15,000, minus the $1,800 you already paid. You keep $135,000 in year one alone.
  • First-year comp increase means first offer versus signed offer: base, bonus target, first-year equity vest at offer-stated value, and sign-on.

Questions
Will negotiating put my offer at risk?

This is the number one fear, and the data says no. In 250+ product manager offer negotiations, two offers were ever pulled, and in both cases there were bigger issues at play. My entire negotiation method is built around strengthening their excitement to hire you while we move the numbers.

How does the guarantee actually work?

Simple. We document your first verbal or written offer when we start. You run the play with me: strategy call, scripts, updates between recruiter conversations. If your signed offer isn't at least $20,000 bigger in first-year comp than that first offer, you pay nothing — the $1,800 deposit is refunded in full and no fee is due.

I already told the recruiter yes. Is it too late?

If you said yes verbally but haven't yet signed, sometimes there's still a play we could make. Sign up and schedule a call ASAP and we'll figure it out. If I can't help, the initial fee will be refunded.

I don't have the offer yet. Should I wait?

If you're confident an offer is coming in the next few months, let's prepare in advance. The first thing you say when the recruiter calls with the good news sets the ceiling. Pay the $1,800 deposit, and let's have your plan ready before that recruiter call.

My offer is under $200K. Is this still worth it?

Yes! On a $160K offer, the guaranteed $20,000 minimum is a 12.5% raise, and every future raise and refresh compounds from the higher base. The math: on a $30K increase my fee is the $5,000 minimum — you keep $25,000 of new money every year. If I can't add at least $20K, you pay nothing at all (but keep the upside).

Is there a maximum I'd ever pay?

No. My fee is $5,000 or 10% of your first-year comp increase, whichever is larger.

What if my offer is mostly equity, or it's a startup?

Then you especially need this. We run an equity valuation analysis so you know what the grant is actually worth, and we negotiate the levers that matter at startups. For both the fee and the guarantee, equity counts as your first-year vest at the value stated in your offer, and we agree on how it's counted before we start.

I have one offer but I'm still interviewing elsewhere. Too early?

This is the best possible time. Sequencing multiple loops is where the biggest increases come from, and timing mistakes in this window are the most expensive ones people make. Buy now and we'll manage all of them together.

How fast do you respond?

Same business day. When your timeline is urgent, like an exploding offer or a final call tomorrow morning, faster. Every live client has my number.

I'm on a visa. Will negotiating put my sponsorship at risk?

This comes up more than you'd think, and the answer is the same as for any other candidate: companies expect negotiation, and asking for more money doesn't affect a sponsorship decision that's already been made. If your situation has specific wrinkles — a pending H-1B, a green card process mid-flight — tell me on the strategy call and we build the approach around it specifically.

I switched into product management from another field. Do I have less room to negotiate?

No. Companies extended you the offer knowing your background — that decision is already made. Your leverage comes from the offer in hand, not your resume. If anything, candidates who assume they have less standing tend to under-ask, which is exactly the mistake this exists to fix.

Can't I just do this myself, or ask ChatGPT?

You can, but you are almost certainly going to leave money on the table. I've negotiated PM offers 250+ times. Together, you'll know exactly what to say and what not to say for your situation specifically for the companies you're negotiating with.

I have a question you didn't answer.
